HENRY FORD MUSEUM

Pieces found with the signature were made by the Fostoria Glass Company for the Henry Ford Museum (HFM) located in Dearborn, Michigan. 

  • Reproductions are heavier, larger bowled and clearer.
  • Sawtooths are much larger on the reproductions.
  • Reproductions have a lead content, which makes them more brilliant and gives them a bell-tone ring.
  • Most reproductions are signed with a frosted signature on the bottom of the foot. The signature appears as "Fostoria H.F.M.", known as Henry Ford Museum.
